Insurance
We do not approve insurance claims or promise what a policy will pay. Coverage is decided by your insurer. We can provide photos, moisture readings and a written scope for you to share with your insurer.
Response times
Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day. Same-day response is offered when available, and no arrival time is guaranteed.
